Who / what is a "Beggar King"?

A "Beggar King", well, it's a, I've always been interested in exact
opposites. I think the opposite of a beggar is a king, and vice versa. So I
combine them in one picture and call them "Beggar Kings".

That's how people sort of are, isn't it. They almost get to be paradoxes or
have both themes in them.
